Education is the necessity for every one. Education makes a man wise , ethical and responsible. A person who is educated well shows good manners in his tasks, in his communication skills and also his behaviour. An uneducated person can not compete with educated person. The need of the hour is to make education easy for every one and convenient to every group. Sometimes there are different situations when people want to continue their education or want their children to go to good educational institutes but due to some issues they are unable to do so or these issues effect their studies or literacy . in this article we will highlight some of the issues that people are facing in the field of education. This is the responsibility of state and educational officers or all the human beings that are working in organizations to improve education standards. Students and their needs or demands should be given all the attention. Some of the main issues that people are complaining about are given below.
COMMUNICATION GAP:
Communication gap has its impact on the quality of education as well as confidence of students. In many institutes children complain that in their schools or colleges the language their teacher speak is beyond the comprehension . either the language is of very high standards that children can not understand for example in china, turkey , Pakistan , India and many countries other than Europe where people are not very fluent in English and they speak their national language when taught in a international language or a very high standard English then sometimes students feel difficulty in understanding. This is the reason many students suffer from communication gap. Even if they have to ask anything about their studies from their teacher , due to hesitancy they do no ask and try to solve their own problem. This sometimes lead them to lower their confidence and lack in communication skills as well. That’s why it is suggested to either teach your students the language faculty speaks and the world is recognizing or try to learn about students issues.LACK OF LIBRARIES:
Many students love to study or read. Some have habits of reading while some study because of some competitive exams they want to attempt. For this purpose ,many student visit libraries so they can collect all the words of wisdom and knowledge about history , languages science and many other fields. Students can not buy all of these books on individual level so for their goals they come to libraries to issue the books for some days or to sit and study here. But we can notice that the number of libraries are not that much what they should actually be. Libraries are not at near distances . even sometimes students have to travel to reach in libraries. These issues can create difficulty for students. It is suggested that state should inaugurate libraries in every town or far off areas as well so the people here can get their needs to fulfil.The variety of books should be increased. Good books with well known author should be there in libraries so students can enjoy the stream of the river of knowledge.
STRESS AND ANXIETY IN STUDENTS:
Many students suffer from stress and anxiety issues related to education or institutes. For example sometimes students can not get use to of the environment when they change their institute. The nature of students can be different . there may be selfishness in student,s nature that can lead to stress and anxiety in a sensitive student. There may be other stress factors for example if a student is not financially from a well family as compared to his class fellows then there may be inferiority complex ultimately lead to depression. So it is suggested that in schools or colleges there should be no class difference or status discrimination. There should be sense of harmony among students.WORK LOAD:
In colleges many students are suffering from work load or work stress. This is not because students are lazy or they can not do their work timely , this occurs when the college is pressurized the students and give extra work that snatch all the hours of the day in making assignments , long hours of writings , quiz and presentations .students are not given proper time to fulfil their task. In a six month period of a semester ,the students have to do with a lot of stuff , for example mid terms, assessments , quiz, presentations of every subject and assignments and then finals. They remain so indulge in studies that they can not do well because of short time period to complete task.this lead to stress in students and obviously it has bad effects on their minds so they can not dop well or efficiently. Their performances get affected.FAVOURITISM:
Favouritism is the bone of contention in every field. When our children see favouritism in their schools or colleges their sentiments get hurt so much and they think that just because they are not the favourite ones for their teacher so they can not get good grades . So, ultimately they start ignoring their studies and a very negative image of their teachers develop in their minds.teachers should know their responsibility and instead of doing favouritism or giving good grades to their favourite students or on the basis of family influence ,they should keep every one on same level and should judge the students on the basis of their work performance. Students and teachers' relationship should be of no conflict and there should be trust and respect obviously.So, it is suggested that we all should work for the betterment of the education and should solve the problems that students are facing in their institutes. There should be no injustice to students because education is the basic human right and the responsibility of state to deliver quality education. One important thing that institutes should make sure is that there should be no influence of politics in the colleges or the focus should be completely on quality of education. More and more students should be awarded with scholarship so every one can have an opportunity of getting well education. There should be unity every where in educational institutes.
