SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE AND FITNESS

Lifestyle is a way of a person of living life. The style of spending life and time becomes lifestyle. Everyone have their own mindset to spend life. Some are very active and punctual in every work, they do everything on time. They want perfection and accuracy in every time. While  there are some people in life who are totally opposite. They spend their life by staying so cool and calm without any tension even something is happen in a wrong manner, they will not suffer from stress instead they keep themselves cool and try to find shortcuts. Their activity level is not that much defined. People who show no punctuality , do every work with laziness and just keep themselves busy in finding shortcuts, actually these people are said to have sedentary lifestyle.  

Sedentary lifestyle is mostly discourages because it makes a man lazy and he does not show consistency in real tests. But in fact , in this modern world everything has become smart so the luxuries and lifestyle is making some people  to adopt sedentary lifestyle because they do not have to make any efforts or struggle.
Fitness is automatically linked with the lifestyle one is living. If a person is very active, he goes for daily walk, gets up early in the morning, follows the schedule on time, eats a healthy and balanced diet and then does all his chores and some extra recreational activities too will definitely have better fitness.  
This article will discuss the causes of sedentary lifestyle and the solutions that can help a man to improve his style of living that would ultimately have its positive impact.
CAUSES OF SEDENTARY LIFETYLE:
Some major causes and its adverse effect on a persons health is discussed below one by one.
TRANSPORT USE TO COVER EVEN SHORT DISTANCES:
when a person needs to go outside to complete any work or even to bring some grocery from the near store ,he will prefer the use of his bicycle or car instead of walking to cover smaller distance. This reduce the physical activity and stamina of a person. Blood circulation also gets effected. Body does not go through any stress so physical fitness gets disturbed and ultimately a person looses his stamina. Whenever you have to go to some near station or stores ,you should prefer walk over the use of transport so proper oxygen and fresh air can be inhaled in your body and you remain healthy and fit for the rest of the day. By doing this one will not suffer from shortness of breath or tiredness too.  
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES:
Technologies have made life much easier. In old times there were no mobile phones or smart t.v . people never knew the use of gadgets in previous centuries. So these modern technologies if have its thousands of benefits then they have their adverse effects too. For example everyone is busy on their phones, they don’t have time to go outside and spend some time in nature.instead of playing outdoor games ,people enjoy watching games on t.v  screens. In old times children even old men used to go to their friends house or in some gatherings, here they have a good healthy discussion to keep their minds active but now everyone have call packages in their mobile phones. They just make calls and talk to their friends. People are now happy if they stay away from other people.
LACK OF SPORTS ACTIVITY:
People specially youth is not interested in playing in grounds anymore. Children just have their own gadgets , mobile or computer. They download online games even cricket or football and just play them on computers etc. The main reason is might be low sports facilities. We have stopped paying attention toward grounds or not enough attention has been given to outdoor games. Lack of sports activity is making the youth lazy and unhealthy.sports activities should be encouraged so people can have their stamina improved and show better performance . their activity level should be improved so they can be fit physically. It is also very important for their peace of mind too.  
DISEASE ASSOCIATED WITH SENDENTART LIFESTYLE:
There are  many disadvantages that comes from a lack of regular physical activity and  sedentary lifestyle just because of too much sitting.

TIPS TO GET RID OF SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE AND WAY TO FITNESS:
Some tips are discussed below that will be best alternate of this modern world technologies so people can stay healthy and enjoy their fitness.
OPEN MORE PARKS:
There should be more parks in cities or rural areas as well. People should encouraged to go there and do daily walk and exercises. For children attraction ,there should be some swings so they can enjoy here and make their minds healthy. Encourage walk and breath in the air so fresh air can reach to them and they look more active and fit.
DO YOUR OWN CHORS:
People should be encouraged to do their own work instead of getting help from their helpers or by some modern facilities. If you need something then instead of order it online, you should do some walk and bring it by your own..it will keep you healthy and your mind fresh.
DO SOME ACTIVITY AFTER MEALS:
You should not lie straight after your meal, instead you should do some light recreational activity e.g you can inhale good fresh air outside your room so you can feel fresh or read some books while siting in a garden.
CONTROL EXTRA WEIGHT:
You should continuously monitor your weight and if it is increasing try some healthy diet, reduce carbs and restrict junk food in your diet so you can save yourselves from other health issues e.g obesity and blood pressure.
Plant a Garden;
Some people find gardening very interested .gardening gives you such refreshing vibes .Any gardener can tell that how much physical effort is involved in every kind of gardening activity,it looks very simple yet interesting hobby one can have. Gardening is not only mentally  healthy but many people love gardening and they want to pursue it as their profession by getting degree in botany or linked degrees., it is an enjoyable thing  to stay fresh and active.
So these were some words for sedentary lifestyle and its disadvantage and some tips, by following them any one can have active and healthy lifestyle that lead toward fitness.
