OBESITY AND WEIGHT LOSS TIPS

 Obesity is a major problem seen in the world nowadays. Everyone question about what actually obesity is and how can we categorize that we are obese or just gained some weight. There is a need to differentiate between weight gain and obesity. Weight gain is something like you have put on some extra pound to your body that may be harmful or may not be harmful just effect on your appearance while you are under the category of health and safe weight list. On the other hand obesity is a term used for so much extra weigh a person have gained that is now effect on his metabolism , causing some serious underlying pathology and disease.

 


When we say excess of everything is bad ,same goes in the condition of weight. Obesity is actually excess of the fat. When excess of fat is put on your body and you are out of your healthy weight range and the fat starts to have its adverse effects on your body ,one should be alert of having obesity. The alarm of obesity is never pleasing because it is red flags for various disease as well like cholesterol levels, high lipid profile, ultimately causing blood pressure and thickening of arteries that slow down the blood circulation and causes some serious disease. Obesity ultimately leads to sedentary lifestyle because one can not walk or do heavy chores because of low metabolism and the low activity level. Some persons with obesity suffer from shortness of breath because whenever they try to walk little more , their respiratory system, suffer from a stress and the person can feel suppressed respiratory system ultimately difficulty in breathing ,start gasping and he/she must have to stop their activity.  
CAUSES OF OBESITY:

 
There may be various causes of obesity.  


    Overeating is the major cause of obesity. A person who have spent his entire life specially his adulthood in eating junk food or consuming too much oil or fat in his food has high risk of getting obese.the major culprit is carbohydrate , one eating high carbs food either bread , dough, buns, rice , anything or food having high carbs content or ingredient will ultimately leads to more calorie intake and eventually it will result in obesity.the second major energy source is oil or fat but there is a category among good fats and bad fats  again excess of everything is bad. There is a level that can not harm your body if you consume within the range but if you are having deep fried items and highly oily food is under your consumption then eventually you will be a prey of obesity.  


    Lets discuss another culprit of obesity.
 Weight gain or obesity is highly interlinked with the lifestyle a person is having. Some persons eats a lot but still they are in healthy body weight just because they know how to burn their extra calories while in contrast there are some people who eats a lot and then stay on bed for the rest of the day, their activity level is alarmingly low. This lifestyle is called sedentary lifestyle that you don’t have any gym routine , don’t have any workout plan. Even if you are working as a computer operator, you will do your work while sitting from morning to evening and you are not managing to go out , do some recreational activities. If a person is working as a bank officer , he will sit on chair for long hours in same posture. These all factors obviously have adverse effects on a person and his health.

 
    Another factor that cause obesity is genetics. It has been seen that a person who is having obesity in their genes will suffer from it. These people show some extra efforts to control the obesity by changing their sedentary lifestyle to healthy and active lifestyle as a primary prevention since the beginning.

 
BODY MASS INDEX:
One major thing in this all is the role of body mass index. Body mass index we usually call it as BMI is actually a person's  estimated  body weight and it is derived from the weight and the height of a person. BMI has different categories of ideal weight , mild weigh gain, moderate weight gain or ultimately the level of obesity. One should keep checking his weight and calculating body mass index so he may stay in a healthy BMI.

 
Now the major question is if unfortunately a person is going through obesity then what should he do now to control it. So here we are going to discuss some tips for weight loss with you all.

 
    Cutt extra carbs:
Carbs or carbohydrate is considered the first energy source and ultimately the booster in weight gain too. Carbs make a person to gain weight fast. The level of carbs in your food should be checked and the main focus during weight loss is to decrease carbs levels. Now the question is what is carbs then anything having ingredient like flour is carbohydrate , in vegetables potatoes is totally carbs. You should cut bread, buns, potatoes ,rice and sugars to achieve your target and should be consumed in a portion control way.

 
    Decrease sugar intake:
Artificial sweetener or sweet dishes , white sugar in your meals or juices and consuming too much sweetbriers will make you fat so try not to consume too much sugar.

 
    Low intake of bakery products:
Try not to consume too much biscuits, and other bakery items that have high content of sugar and oil.
    Have check on calorie count:
Cut some extra calories , if you are allowed to take 2000 calories a day , sou should have a difference of 500 calorie so there may be a margin to burn them and help you in weight loss.  


    Workout:\
Workouts and exercises play main role in weight loss, if you cannot go outside or gym , try workouts at home. High intensity workout with body weight can help you in achieving your goal fast.

 
    High intake of protein:
Use protein in your diet as protein boost up your metabolism and don’t make a person fat.
don’t drink juices with white sugar.
Use salad and cucumber as much you can it will help your stomach to stay full.
A person can achieve his goal of ideal weight by having a good and healthy lifestyle
